Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture first became important to me as a patient in my early twenties. I experienced success treating my own health issues with both Chinese and Tibetan medicine under the care of qualified traditional physicians, and as a result, I developed an immense respect for these medical systems and wanted to learn everything I could about how they work.

I hold a doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with an additional specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM). In addition to Chinese Medicine, I also hold a California Massage Therapy License and have practiced Massage Therapy for 10 years. In order to continue to refine my clinical skills, I study with senior practitioners in the field, such as: Andrew and JulieAnn Nugent-Head at the Association for Traditional Studies, and continue to immerse myself in the study and practice of Classical Chinese Medicine.
